Angels are the wonderful creations of almighty. They are believed to be created from the nur which means form of light. They always worship Allah. They don’t drink or eat. They accounts our good deeds and sins. They capture our souls during death. They reveal the information to the prophets from Allah. They are supposed to have wings. They don’t sleep.
The angels are pure by their soul. They are free of anger and lust. They are distrubuted in seven heavens and hell also. The angel Maalik a s governs hell. During the journey of Miraaj, prophet muhammad s a w asked to show the hell to the angel Maalik a s. He got revelations of the quran in Hira cave from the angel Jibreel a s.
This is a quranic verse about angel The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers, [saying], ‘We make no distinctions between any of His messengers.’ And they say, ‘We hear and obey. [We seek] your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination.’
(Qur’an 2:285)
They are invisible but angel Jibreel was visible to the prophet muhammad s a w during the quranic revelation. There are created in unlimited numbers. They perform their given task without any tiredness or laziness. The questioning in graveyard will have been done by the angels Munkar a s and Nakir a s.
